• We currently ship only within India, to pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.

• Orders are generally processed (packed and handed to our courier partner) within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

• Estimated delivery timelines typically range from 2–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination pin code and courier serviceability.

• We offer free shipping on all orders across serviceable pin codes in India, with no minimum order value requirement.

• Tracking details (AWB number/tracking link) will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

• Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed; actual delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, incorrect/incomplete address, or force majeure events.

• In case your pin code is found to be non-serviceable after order placement, we will notify you and process a full refund for prepaid orders.
